In order to provide the best availability for our clients, we do require New Clients to leave a $25 deposit upon booking.

This deposit will be used towards your exam fee. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice. We will contact you within 48 business hours to collect this deposit. 

If we are unable to collect your deposit, we will cancel your appointment.

If your pet needs immediate care outside of our normal business hours, please call Blue Pearl Pet Hospital at 412-366-3400. They are located on Camp Horne Rd. just off of I-79.
